I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Exeter Business School and a Visiting Scholar at the Multilingualism and Decision Making Lab directed by Dr. Boaz Keysar at the University of Chicago.
My research is focused on how communication and language use influences thinking, judgment and decision making, as well as behavior in domains such as sustainability, health and morality. My research has been published in outlets including Nature Sustainability, Cognition, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology.

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Cognitive Science at the University of Trento in 2015. Before that, I did my undergraduate studies at the Free University Berlin and Stockholm University where I studied psychology.
